The Repair Technician is responsible for repairing our client’s equipment, conducting functional tests, and diagnosing defective parts.

To ensure success, the Repair Technician needs to be detail-oriented, and must be able to perform duties efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
- **Position type**:Permanent full-time
- **Schedule**:Fixed working hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- **Location**: 328 Rue Avro, Pointe-Claire, H9R 5W5
- **Salary**:competitive salary with a salary progression plan (increases after 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months)

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:_
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of our client's equipment.
- Receive the equipment to repair from the client.
- Register the information in the system to get the description of the problem.
- Conduct a pre-functional test to confirm the problem of the machine.
- Diagnose and replace defective parts.
- Test the machines after reparation to ensure proper operation.
- Close the ticket in the system once reparation is complete.
- Update inventory system with the equipment used to repair the machine.
- Responsible for the returns of equipment by following the internal processes and procedures.
- Prepare the packing to ship the repaired machine to the client.
- Responsible for refurbished equipment.
- Conduct repairs, preventative maintenance, and audit work according to company policies and procedures.
- Lift, push, or pull items and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and follow all safety procedures and policies.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience with electronics repairs
- A completed high school diploma
- Bilingual, both written and oral
- Comfortable using a computer, Microsoft office, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Deadline oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Physical strength and stamina
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds constantly
