Accompany and guide customers during their visit to our furniture and décor outlet store. As an Outlet Sales Consultant, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

**What You Will Do**:

- Guide customers in their decor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
- Inform customers of product knowledge, advising of any damage or missing hardware - partner with customer for creative solutions for any repairs needed
- Provide a warm greeting to every customer
- Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty
- Disassemble and wrap floor model purchases
- Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges and returns)
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

**What you Bring**:

- At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
- Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12 hours) per week - including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, unwrap, wrap, and build furniture
