The Dock Attendant/ Arrivals Coordinator primary focus is working with guest providing a information about our property and cruises. As a dock attendant you will be helping to secure the vessel as it arrives and aiding in the departures by handling lines. Additionally, you will be assisting our guests to find appropriate dock departures for cruises. You will be checking tickets ensuring they are entering the correct boarding lines. As part of the arrivals coordinator team you are the first contact with our guests. This provides an opportunity to guide them to the correct departure location and answer any questions they may have. You will direct our guests to the appropriate area for parking. You will Help direct customers and provide a positive and friendly first impression. Assist ticket office staff as needed and keep parking area clean. A friendly outgoing nature and a team player attitude is an asset. Must have transportation, no public transit. Working weekends and holidays are essential.
