**About us**

Hole in the Wall is a quaint restaurant striving for an upscale dining experience for our guests. We produce high quality meals ranging from pizza and pasta to gourmet dinner and dessert features. We have in house capacity of 24 guests and our patio seats an additional 25 from May-October.

A prep/line cook in our small team would:

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- clean kitchen and work area
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety or several years of commercial cooking experience an asset.
- Trade certification an asset
- Work within a small team, helping out in all lines and areas including dishwashing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
