**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist insurance brokers with day-to-day operations, including client communication and policy management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and transactions.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain necessary information and resolve issues.
- Monitor policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience required.
- Must have RIBO license or equivalent, or be in the process of obtaining.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with insurance software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
