Youngs Insurance Brokers London. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team in London, Ontario. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing policy support
- Follow up with clients and contribute to overall sales growth
- Work collaboratively within a professional office environment
Qualifications
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Sales or customer service experience required (insurance experience is an asset)
- RIBO and/or LLQP license, or willingness to obtain one prior to start date
