Travel Commercial/ Building Coordinator

**Position**:Coordinator, Commercial/Build
**Reports to**:Commercial Director
**Responsibility Statement**:
- Build, deliver and maintain comprehensive product in **TTS for hotels through connectivity (HBSI/Dingus).**
- Provide assistance to Director of Commercial in reviewing of pricing, ensuring proper rates are coming through, and various other tasks as directed
**Key Results and Activities**:
**1.** **Build and maintain HBSI and Dingus product in TTS.**
- Build all product details based on criteria received from suppliers.
- Build and maintain inventory codes for hotel categories, meal plans, transfers,..
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure all pertinent information is received to begin product connectivity.
- Create, maintain and distribute Package Coding.
- Ensure all the product build is comprehensive for every department (Res, Finance, Ticketing, Operations etc..)
- Communicate with Commercial Teams, Product Team and Operations to manage. changes to product.
- Create and maintain coding documents and copy all relevant departments.
- Develop and implement new procedures to ensure the build is conducive withTTS
- Liaise with Accounts Payable, Operations, Commercial and Finance to ensure any new product built is done so that the requirements of each department are met.
- Enter and maintain hotel information in the RCM
- Ensure product built is available in TTS, Sirev and Access.
- Ensure hotel is represented accurately with up-to-date images and information
- Assist Commercial with quality control and spot checking to ensure pricing provided is accurate and competitive.
- Market analysis including price matches, initiatives and price analysis for cost and selling prices.
- Yield management and competitive analysis
**2. Provide support and maintenance for other departments.**
- Troubleshoot and identify problems or discrepancies for Commercial, Ops, Accounting & Reservations.
- Support and train other departments on various TTS/HBSI/Dingus Product and Procedures.
- Assist other coordinators when required.
- Identify and research bugs and issues pertaining to HBSI/Dingus/ TTS systems.
- Escalate problems to I.T/suppliers. regarding as necessary.
- Other business -related duties as required.
**Specialized Knowledge, Skills, Attributes Required**
- PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Mathematical skills
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work on your own, as well as in a team environment.
- Multi tasking and organizational skills
- TTS knowledge
**Academic Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year work experience within the travel industry preferred.
- College degree in related field.
