**Summary**

We are looking for a Floater Pool Attendant with certifications in lifeguarding to join our team in providing exceptional service at a swimming pool in North York. This role is vital in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, contributing to our mission of enhancing community well-being.

A **floater employee** is someone who typically serve as vital substitutes to fill gaps in the work schedule. Please note that we will only reach out if coverage is needed, and we will include you on the floater list. In applying, you have a chance of being assigned a fixed position should the opportunity arises.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
- Monitor pool conditions and report any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular pool testing procedures.
- Provide assistance in case of medical emergencies.

**Qualifications**
- NLS & First Aid with CPR-C is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with children and families.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations is an asset.
- Experience in recreation, hospitality or food service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Available Hours**
Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 4:00-9:30 pm
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 2:00-9:30 pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
