**Necessary Qualifications**:

- possession of a valid B.C. Teaching Certificate;
- university training, or its equivalent, relevant to the posted position; and,
- successful teaching experience relevant to the posted position.

**WHISTLER SECONDARY- A COMMUNITY SCHOOL**
- possess relevant, successful experience teaching Science, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology at the secondary level;
- be familiar with the BC Student Performance Standards; and,
- have a solid understanding and knowledge of the new Ministry curriculum and competencies.

Assignment involves teaching Science 10 and Physics 11.

**Salary range**: $60,015 per year to $109,520 per year, based on category as assigned by the Teachers Qualification Service (TQS) and previous teaching experience.
