**Position Objective**
- Welcome and greet all visitors in a polite and courteous manner, determine nature of visit, and direct visitors to specific personnel or destination
- Operate main switchboard by providing telephone answering services, determine purpose of calls and inquiries, and connect phone calls to appropriate persons
- Act as a liaison for all clients entering the facility, providing luxury customer service experience
- Participate in events both on site and off site.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service, luxury retail or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal customer relations and communication skills; professional appearance;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Well organized and self-motivated;
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
- Knowledgeable or trainable on company operations;
- Highly self-motivated and hard working
- A committed team player

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Maple, ON L6A 4V3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
