**Who We Are**:
We are looking for a **Multimedia Editor** to join our growing team

**What We're Looking For**:
We’re looking for a **Multimedia Editor** who thrives on crafting clean, professional, and on-brand proof-of-play videos that show off client ad placements in Taiv-powered venues. You’ll be responsible for editing short, visually polished videos that demonstrate the value our platform delivers to top brands.

You’ll also support internal teams with other creative video needs, including marketing promos, product explainers, and social content, when capacity allows. This is a great role for someone who is organized, creative, and loves fast-paced, highly visual work.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Edit short proof-of-play videos that showcase partner ads running in real-world venues
- Work with our account and partnerships team to meet client branding expectations
- Select video clips from our internal library and assemble concise edits (with branded intros/outros as needed)
- Format and export videos for sharing with brand clients and partners
- Maintain quality and turnaround timelines for weekly video queues
- Assist with internal marketing video needs when capacity allows (e.g. product explainer videos, social media clips)
- Ensure video files are organized and templates are up-to-date for speed and scale
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand restaurant advertising creatives ensuring partners consistently have clear, compelling promotions running on their TVs.

- You’re a fast and detail-focused editor who enjoys working within a structured style
- You care about pacing, branding, and making client-facing content feel premium
- You can manage multiple deadlines and prioritize time effectively
- You’re comfortable editing short-form content with quick turnaround
- You enjoy jumping into occasional creative projects when time permits

**Your Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing or multimedia production
- Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Ability to repurpose and format content for different platforms (e.g. widescreen, vertical, social)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clean, professional portfolio demonstrating strong editing fundamentals

**Nice to Haves**:

- Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent)
- Experience with client
- or brand-facing deliverables
- Familiarity with Canva or template-driven design workflows
- Understanding of marketing or ad-tech environments

**Job Details**:
**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000-$60,000 per year + stock options

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Winnipeg, MB: can reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
