**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Cinematic Film AI Producer** to join our creative team and help pioneer the future of storytelling. This role blends traditional producing experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance every stage of film production, from concept development to post-production.

You’ll collaborate with writers, directors, and editors, using AI-powered platforms to streamline workflows, generate visual assets, support script development, and explore new creative methods in filmmaking.

This is a groundbreaking opportunity to help lead the integration of cutting-edge technology into culturally rich, community-driven storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, or similar platforms) to support storyboarding, shot planning, and pre-visualization
- Collaborate with screenwriters and directors to develop and refine scripts using AI-enhanced tools
- Support editing and post-production with AI-assisted software for color correction, VFX, sound design, etc.
- Help train internal teams and collaborators on AI workflows as needed
- Ensure that storytelling remains culturally authentic and aligned with Black Film Space Manitoba’s mission
- Experience in film production, post-production, or multimedia storytelling
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in creative media
- A passion for blending technology with artistic expression
- Excellent organizational, collaborative, and communication skills
- An understanding of or interest in Black and Indigenous storytelling and communities
- Comfort working independently or remotely on creative projects

**Bonus Experience (Not Required)**:

- Familiarity with generative AI (e.g., Sora by OpenAI, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.)
- Experience in scriptwriting, editing, or visual FX
- Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Background in AR/VR or interactive media
