**Job Overview**
looking for an organized and detail oriented assistant to a construction project manager currently completing a residential project.

**Duties**
- Update project task lists
- Assist in the purchasing of final finishing items including some cabinetry, furniture etc.
- Manage site cleanup including sale or donation of leftover building materials & recycling.
- Monitor project progress including scheduling trades and attending onsite through the deficiency completion phase of the project.
- Varied additional tasks & responsibilities related to the finishing & furnishing of a modern urban residence.

**Qualifications**
- passion for design, construction & organization.
- Strong computer & internet skills with the ability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Some experience in interior design and/or renovation & construction is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
