Job Description:
Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking to hire a Temporary Warehouse Associate for our 660,000 square foot distribution centre in Johnstown, Ontario Giant Tiger can offer paid training and certification on brand new Raymond equipment, cross training and mentorship in various warehouse departments, full medical and dental benefits, a store discount, and 24/7 onsite gym access.

Giant Tiger Wholesale - We can offer:
- Starting wage of $19.43/hour- Additional $2/hour for hours worked 9:00pm - 6:00am;- Giant Tiger Store Discount - 20% on clothing, 10% on grocery- 24/7 access to onsite gym; games room and full; Micro market in lunchroom with subsidized snacks and meals;- Weekly summer barbeques and staff events all year;- Paid voluntary overtime at 44 hours;- Committed Health & Safety Culture from day one

Highlights:
- Trained to work in all areas of the Symbotic structure including GTP, MIB, Decanting, etc.- Cut open master cases for inner products and place them into symbotic storage totes (This may be direct from receiving or sent from the system);- Work with symbotic computer system to identify skus and quantities;- Ensure all empty boxes are placed on the trash takeaway;- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area;- Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and comply with Ontario Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) standards;- Various warehouse duties, as prescribed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as an Order Picker or a similar position is an asset;- Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time;- Strong attention to detail;- Voice picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management System experience is an asset.
