**Systems Support Associate, Highlights**:

- Support day-to-day operations in relation to Manhattan WMS functionality.
- Experience in trouble-shooting systems and equipment related problems and providing quick resolutions.
- Demonstrated ability to create ad hoc queries in an Oracle SQL environment.
- Perform system testing in response to enhancements and bug fixes.
- Assist in report development.
- Analyze current warehouse operations and provide solutions to make the operation more efficient.
- Keep up to date on warehouse procedures and recommend process improvements.
- Provide basic IT support to warehouse users

**Systems Support Associate, Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary studies in computer systems, database systems, or other related discipline.
- Training in Oracle SQL and IBM Cognos reporting environments.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with Manhattan WMOS.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems, Manhattan WMOS preferred.
- Able to perform after hours support on a rotating on-call basis.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision making, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated skills in being detail oriented.
- Willingness to take training on both your own and company’s time.

**Systems Support Associate, Assets**:

- Knowledge and experience using Manhattan SCI and/or IBM Cognos Framework Manager
- Knowledge and experience in computer programming.
- Bilingualism in English / French.

**Systems Support Associate, Schedule**:
Tuesday to Saturday - 08:00 to 17:00
