The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the Pointe-Claire Branch as a key contributor in superior customer service as a primary contact for internal and external customers.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders
- Participates in the planning of work load and schedules
- Prepares quotations, purchase orders, parts requisitions and other material resources
- Answers calls from customers and Parts & Service Sales Representatives
- Supports the foreman in admistrative duties

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma in a mechanical field
- 2 to 5 years mechanical experience in a sales or customer service environment
