**Parts Advisor - Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg**

Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg is growing and looking for an experienced **Parts Advisor** to join our team

**About the Role**:
The Parts Advisor provides exceptional customer service by accurately identifying and supplying the correct parts, offering expert advice, and ensuring every customer enjoys a premium experience. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, and other dealership staff to maintain smooth operations and support our sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner.

- Identify and source required parts accurately using available data and tools.

- Provide pricing, delivery times, and repair/maintenance recommendations.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records for parts orders, inventory, and documentation.

- Keep work areas organized, clean, and professional.

- Stay current with product knowledge, dealership promotions, and manufacturer programs.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive parts or a related role preferred.

- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and computer proficient.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or technical training is an asset.

- Solid understanding of automotive systems and mechanical fundamentals.
