**Duties**
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories.
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products and services effectively.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Process customer orders, including cash handling and payment transactions.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Sourcing new, used and aftermarket parts
- Ordering and stocking tires
- Placing parts orders
- Processing parts returns

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environments is preferred.
- Strong math skills for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Experience with PBS would be an asset
