- Our client is beginning a project to completely re-architect and redeploy their M365 platform. The M365 platform is identified as one of the pillars of our client's digital transformation. The main objectives of the project are to provide the community with a secure, integrated, and supported collaboration platform that is framed by institutional governance to ensure its evolution according to emerging needs.
- The project is estimated to require more than 2,000 person-days (to be confirmed) in addition to the efforts that may be required of some integrators. It is expected to last approximately two years. This high-profile project will mainly involve the IT department, but all sectors (academic and administrative) will be involved, requiring a significant mobilization of resources.
- Our client is looking for an experienced project manager who will work closely with its internal teams as well as with external resources and partners.
- The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Manage identities;
- Work on M365 security;
- Configure and integrate various components and collaboration tools of the M365 suite;
- Ensure document management;
- Ensure the migration and management of electronic messaging;
- Perform integration with existing systems and third-party solutions and Azure AD management;
- Configure and manage devices;
- Be responsible for the calls for tenders (coordination and preparation of certain content) that will be necessary for the implementation of the global solution.

**Important Note**:
The maturity level for project-based delivery is low. You will therefore be called upon to contribute to the implementation of project management practices and to supervise the resources so that they can fully and efficiently contribute to the project.
- When it just clicks

Does this sound like you?
- Experience managing at least three (3) projects of similar scope and scale;
- Experience managing at least one deployment of M365 or a solution of equivalent complexity (e.g., identity and access management);
- Strong experience in the preparation and coordination of public tenders;
- Solid experience with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Macroscope);
- Good knowledge of agile approaches;
- Ability to navigate in an unstructured environment;
- Ability to accompany resources in identifying activities to be performed and the associated efforts;
- Communication with teams in French. Level expected:
