Vancouver, Canada Savoury Chef Foods Full time

Our young, dynamic, and passionate kitchen team is growing and we’re currently seeking to add passionate and dedicated chefs and cooks to our ON SITE events team.

This part time / on call opportunity is perfect for a chef or cook looking to pick up extra working shifts throughout the week, choose 1,2 or 7 shifts it's whatever fits your schedule. Prep is done in our East Van facility and sent to the locations for the chef to cook and present.

**Duties**:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Qualifications:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Restaurant or catering experience
- Must be able to lift +50 lbs
- FoodSafe Level 1
- Shifts vary in location and while sometimes transportation may be available it is the responsibility of the cook to arrive on site and leave without arrangement from the company

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
