**Job Overview**

In addition, they will assist in the timely completion of all new corporate leases and liaise with realtors, agents, and lawyers to ensure completeness and accuracy. They will ensure that all monthly lease payments are paid in a timely and complete manner and that all lease accounts are reconciled on a regular basis._

**Job responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage KINKA FAMILY leases, ensuring timely executions of all new leases and assist in obtaining all operating licences, permits, insurance coverage and tracking progress on projects, managing schedules and deadlines appropriately
- Organize and manage company accounts, records, and information, ensuring all accounts are renewed and up to date
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company and all relevant parties to facilitate restaurant business operations
- Facilitate communication with third party vendors, general contractors, and KINKA FAMILY management members to ensure the timely and successful build out of all new restaurants to open in a timely manner
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Ensure all KINKA FAMILY operations adhere to lease policies and regulations
- Ensure that all lease reporting to landlords is completed on a regular and timely manner
- As needed conduct research and analysis and prepare lease financial reports
- Assist in collecting information for audits and inspections as required
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ lease administrative experience
- Strong understanding of hospitality-related licensing and permits
- Ability to keep confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Adobe products and web-based programs with aptitude for preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, and documents
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to interact positively and work effectively with others
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures

**Work Environment**
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
