We'll continue to remove barriers for all, and in particular barriers facing employees from underrepresented groups. **The team** The FT Luxury & Weekend Advertising team are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Manager to join us in our London office. This is an opportunity to work on innovative content solutions for incredible clients across the award-winning FT Weekend portfolio, which includes HTSI and FT Weekend Magazine. **Main responsibilities** - Crafting original creative solutions across our print, digital and social platforms that respond to client briefs and proactively seek out new business wins - Translating luxury brands' identities and ideas into engaging content themes that will resonate with our readers - Acting as the principle lead for LUX content across the following sectors: Food & Drink, Independent Fashion, Independent Watches, the Arts, Private Aviation, Automotives, Travel and Property - Acting in a consultative capacity with clients to educate, motivate and inspire them about The FT's content capabilities - Overseeing content campaigns end to end, from leading ideation sessions with sales reps and presenting inspiring concepts to clients, to working with the right teams internally to see a campaign through to its launch - Sourcing and commissioning talent for campaigns - Providing a rigorous layer of editing and oversight on every content campaign to ensure exceptional storytelling and a consistently high standard - Building strong relationships with internal teams in order to identify new opportunities, draw on the expertise of all parties, and deliver seamless campaigns - Providing support in the monitoring and management of business development, including forecasting and revenue analysis by way of a close relationship with your SSD colleagues - Overseeing and approving content pricing on campaigns **Core competencies**: - An aptitude for creativity and innovation with an entrepreneurial spirit - Exceptional writing, editing and visual skills - A flair for thinking up interesting story angles and innovative content solutions - A confident communicator who can bring an idea to life - A natural collaborator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Big ambitions underpinned by meticulous attention to detail - An understanding of the role that content plays in the current media landscape - Keen interest in new formats and technologies that facilitate better storytelling **What you'll be measured on**: - Growth of the lux content business by a determined % YOY - Your contribution and success in facilitating the team in their efforts to win content business - Building close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as forging new relationships with those that can help us strengthen our proposition. - Your success in seeking and securing new business - Your ability to create exciting solutions by utilising all of the FT Group's resources to drive new revenue and ensure the FT Group stays at the forefront of the market - The part you play in delivering outstanding account management and successful campaigns as reflected in repeat business **What's in it for you?
