**Reports to**: Operations Manager

**Summary**

This position is responsible for the administration of leasing transactions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparation of lease contracts to meet client’s expectations.
- Licensing administration of vehicles.
- Confirmation of insurance on vehicles.
- Issuing cheque requisitions.
- Registering PPSA.
- Preparation of files for submission to the accounting team.
- Assisting leasing sales team in preparation of bills of sale at lease termination.
- Prepare documentation and funding packages for external lenders.
- Reception relief as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous automotive leasing administration experience is a considerable asset.
- Experience with ADP and One-Eighty is an asset.
- Experience with accounts receivables and insurance maintenance experience is preferred.
- Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data.

- Woodbridge, ON L4L 8R1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
