Production Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations within the food processing plant, specializing in ethnic food products. This role is essential for ensuring that production processes are executed efficiently, maintaining contamination-free handling practices, and aligning production outputs with company demands through proactive planning and forecasting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Production / Processing Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the food production team, focusing on the production of ethnic food products.
- Ensure that all food production equipment is maintained and operated in compliance with safety and quality standards, particularly for traditional and culturally significant food items.
- Implement and monitor contamination-free handling practices specific to ethnic food products, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
- **Team Supervision and Performance Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance performance, particularly in handling specialized ethnic ingredients and products.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs focused on the unique aspects of ethnic food processing and quality control.
- Address and resolve personnel issues, conflicts, or disciplinary matters in a culturally sensitive and effective manner.
- **Production Planning and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with the Production Manager and other departments to develop and implement production plans that align with market demand for ethnic food products.

- Adjust production schedules and processes as needed to accommodate seasonal variations, festivals, and cultural events impacting product demand.

- Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and address any issues or deviations from quality standards specific to ethnic foods.

- **Safety and Hygiene**:
