The Controller is responsible for the financial reporting, accounting, monitoring and controls of all our automotive group accounting needs. This position is a leadership role with the expectation that the incumbent will act as a mentor to the automotive group accounting team and will provide support to all Donvito Group team leaders.
**What you will do**:
- Support and execute the financial planning and accounting procedures of the automotive group including:
- Month end reporting,
- Vehicle sale transactions,
- Managing the floor plan,
- Banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow management,
- Budgeting
- Reporting results to management team
- Supervise a team of five;
- Regularly meet with them management team on the financial position of the automotive group;
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and manage risk; ensure business risks are appropriately communicated;
- Educate, mentor, and assist others in both finance and non-finance roles;
**Salary**: $69,527.00-$74,320.00 per year
