**Recruiter**

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring for multiple technical positions.

**How will you contribute to the team?**:- Advise hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing and guidance on best practices.- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the hiring requirement including the use of agencies, social media campaigns, job boards and professional networks.- Support hiring managers post interview by providing input on hiring decisions.- Source and work with Search Firms when required.- Leverage all features of LinkedIn to ensure that we are maximizing the use of this tool including use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiting Campaigns etc.-

**Education and Experience**

  • Post secondary education in a related disciple with 3-5 years in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting in a fast-paced environment with a technical focus (Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and good negotiation skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative- Familiarity with an applicant tracking system or other recruitment systems is an asset- Proficient with Microsoft Office
