**Responsibilities**
- Reports to the Site Supervisor, Site Superintendent & Field Operations Manager
- Look out for the company’s best interest.
- Work directly with the Site Supervisor, Site Superintendent, Field Operations Manager, PM’s and PC’s on project plans, process and procedures
- Update Site Supervisor, Site Superintendent, Operations Manager & Admin staff on the day-to-day site activity
- Assure company Culture, Professionalism and Efficiency
- Work directly with Hall CSO and Safety team to maintain, build and enforce our safety policy and culture.
- Input and complete all required safety documents in site docs.
- Input and complete all system testing and job management forms as required in site docs.
- Input employee daily time and have reviewed and submitted by weeks end.
- Use experience guide and mentor on company process and procedures set up by the company.
- Review the project for code, sizing, and most cost-effective materials to use.
- Review, train, and mentor staff.
- Assist with Employee write ups, discipline, and terminations.
- Scheduling, Si’s, Rfi’s, EWOS, costing, co’s, drawing take offs, setup, Code, etc.
- Job / Schedule Delays - bring details to light to try and mediate losses.
- Attend company construction meetings and give input.
- Labor budgets / confirm and maintain all labor on site. Only proceed with work as per the drawings or directed by Operations Manager
- Train the foreman / site staff on the most efficient ways of installing / uses of materials and best systems and methods to maintain efficiency and to make the most profit.
- Track manpower ratio’s and notify if there needs to or may be adjusted.
- Start-up of the project
- job hand over with estimator, pms, sub trade selection
- Review all contracts / Scope before and during construction.
- Reviewed all design drawings related to the projects.
- Attend team building events as required.
- Train /oversee Lead hands and Staff.
- On responsibilities, company policies, ewo’s, si’s, rfi’s, co’s, estimating, costing, ordering, answer all questions pertaining the jobsite, office, Safety, etc.
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance - setup and implementation
- Provided company representation at weekly site meetings.
- Signing off packing slips and submit in site Docs., tracking - equipment, tools, materials, etc.
- Returns to be done as soon as the work is complete.
- Install Systems when and if necessary.
- Attend Monthly Foreman meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control processes in plumbing projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications
- 7 years experience in commercial, mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organization skills - Solid knowledge of the construction process
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Projects
- Red Seal certification (preferred)

Expected hours: 40 per week
