OverviewAre you a hardworking Mechanical Foreman eager to lead a crew and advance your career? Hall Mechanical is looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman with residential multi-unit and commercial experience to join our rapidly growing team.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a crew of 10+ Journeymen and Apprentice Plumbers; organize and maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems.Oversee the installation of all materials, equipment, and systems to deliver projects on time and on budget.Perform quality control inspections to exceed client expectations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.Plan and coordinate sub-trades, identify efficiencies and cost-savings to maximize project success.Supervise workers and projects, arrange training sessions, and coordinate manpower scheduling with the developer/general contractor.Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, such as HSE reporting, 3-week lookaheads, and QA/QC.What You Bring To The Table (Qualifications)5 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman or in a Lead Hand role on residential multi-unit or commercial sites.Red Seal Plumber Certification.Positive and driven leader with experience managing small teams and projects.Proficiency in plumbing installations, plumbing code, and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.Strong understanding and exposure to industry safe work practices (safety is a priority for us).Outstanding time and project management skills with a self-motivated attitude to maintain productivity without supervision.Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time.Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.You bring solutions to any roadblock that comes up on the job.Nice to HaveRelevant local construction industry experience.Additional certifications or training relevant to the role, including: First Aid, Fall Protection, Gas Fitter, Boom/Scissor Lift, Forklift.What’s In It For YouCompany truck, insurance and gas card to ensure safe and convenient travel to job sites.Phone, laptop, and the necessary technology to support your success.Competitive wages to reward dedication and contributions.Extended health benefits for you and your family.RRSPCommitted safety culture.Company and team-building events, including sporting events, PNE Family Day, and holiday parties.Growth and development opportunities to make your career goals a reality.About Hall Mechanical ServicesHall Mechanical Services Inc. has over two decades of experience in residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
