**Responsibilities**:

- Grow sales and identify new market and product opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers
- Promote all product lines effectively
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions and services
- Identify growth opportunities and build long-term business relationships
- Manage and expand an initial account list through strategic customer development

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an industrial, commercial, or technical environment
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Outgoing, persuasive, and self-motivated professional
- Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Bilingual in French is an asset
- Industrial MRO product knowledge is an asset
- Interest in continuous learning and professional growth
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
