**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Manager of Global Compensation, you will be responsible for managing compensation processes across assigned regions at Agnico Eagle. You will ensure alignment with corporate policies while fostering and maintaining strong relationships with regional HR teams. You will support the implementation of compensation programs and promotes best practices within the organization. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Manage the following Compensations programs:

- Year End Process in line with Agnico Eagle STIP and LTIP;
- Annual Salary Increases and Salary Progression Process;
- Complete and submit data for participation in market surveys;
- Evaluate jobs and generate compensation recommendations;
- Develop and/or update policies, procedures, and guidelines in relation to Compensation programs as well as other HR policies and procedures;
- Management of the Compensation Tool: Partner with the HR Systems team and the provider to configure the system to manage Agnico Eagle Compensation processes;
- Ad hoc market competitiveness analysis;
- Ad hoc Compensation modelling and analysis in line with the integration of mergers/acquisitions into the Agnico Eagle structure.

Strategy & Projects:

- Support the Manager and Director in the development and execution of the global compensation strategy, by providing research and analysis on internal data and keeping up to date on legislative changes and best practices;
- When required, may lead or support projects to advance the execution of the overall compensation strategy;
- Process Improvement on an annual basis, responsible for identifying opportunities to further improve the efficiency of our processes and programs, taking into consideration feedback from the regional HR team, business priorities and best Compensation practices.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field relevant to the position;
- 5-7 years minimum of hands-on experience working in a similar field;
- Certified or working towards the CCP/CHRL/CHRP;
- HRIS experience is required;
- Experience with Job Evaluation and market salary submission;
- Experience working for Global Companies;
- Strong Teamwork/collaboration and Project/Process management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is critical;
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Comfortable working with flexible and fluid approach to compensation management;
- Adaptable to continuous change;
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity;
- Knowledge of the Mining industry will be an asset;
- Ability to communicate in English. French and Spanish considered an asset.

**Your Work Schedule**:

- **Schedule**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid);
