**Position Scope**:
Oxford Frozen Foods is searching for two Plant Supervisors that will be supporting operations of Plant 2 during both Fresh Blueberries and Fresh Carrot seasons. These positions will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities of the Plant Supervisor include,
- Provide support to the Production Supervisors and Lead Hands.
- Ensure team efficiency is being obtained and teams are provide with adequate tools.
- Work directly with the Plant Manager on achieving production targets
- A large focus on production quality and outputs.

Qualification & Experience
- Supervisory experience is a requirement.
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge and experience surrounding the following would be considered an asset,
- 5S's
- Food Safety
- GMP
- HACCP
- LOTO
