Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Reviewing licence documents to determine reporting data
- Entering data into database and excel
- Verifying of data entered by external parties in database and the Digital Regulatory Assurance System
- Contacting external parties to validate data and make change requests
- Entering non-compliances found into Digital Regulatory Assurance System
- Assist with any other office duties as required.

The position requires the following skills and abilities:

- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and validate data submissions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team/collaborative environment
- Experience in working with organization database software
- Ability to locate and correct data entry errors
- Judgment, tact, and diplomacy when working with stakeholders
- Excellent coordination, planning, and prioritization skills to ensure critical operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshooting skills that will enable you to solve issues as they arise.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Data Entry Clerk: 5 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite tools: 5 years (preferred)
- data collection, data editing: 3 years (preferred)
- data governance, data privacy, compliance regulations: 3 years (preferred)
