Our ideal estimator has spent some time in the field in British Columbia. A technical diploma, or engineering degree would be a plus. Good experience and an even better attitude is a must.

You must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Civil 3D and Microsoft Project would be a plus.

You must be a strong communicator.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Utilize construction estimating software to create comprehensive estimates
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals
- Prepare detailed take-offs
- Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs

Pay: $65,823.57-$95,403.94 per year
