**Skills**

- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Pay: $17.20-$26.93 per hour
