Key Responsibilities For The Line Cooks
- Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, by Chef
- Assumes full responsibility for quality of products served
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality & health standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation area, food-contact surfaces, and kitchen equipment
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations while assisting others
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
- To perform whatever duties the Chef sees necessary.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 yrs experience in restaurant line
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and follows instructions
- A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with hosts, servers, and kitchen team members
- Able to perform high-quality work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
- Genuine interest in hospitality
- Fine dining experience is a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- line cook: 2 years (preferred)
