**Treasury & Accounts Receivable Representative - 8 Month Co-op**

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist AR team with their requests timely and accurately
- Can send credit card payment links to customers.
- Reconcile credits/ debits overpayments and short payments
- Maintain positive communication with customers to ensure accounts issues are addressed, reconciled, and resolved
- Assist with refunds, write offs cases
- Assist other Account Receivable reps with ad hoc requests as needed
- Perform reconciliation of unapplied and unidentified payments
- Reconcile credit card payments
- Assist in preparation of periodic and yearly audit
- Provide coverage on month-/quarter-/year-ends
- In-office (Toronto) manual cheque coverage twice per month

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Post-secondary education; Accounting or Finance Degree/Certificate an asset
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Academic or work experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- A self-starter who is able manage time well within a fast-paced environment
- Previous work experience in an accounting environment is a nice to have
