Maintenance Manager

We are a leading company in the environmental solutions industry, committed to sustainability and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Maintenance Manager** to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our maintenance operations at our facility.
**Job Summary**:
The **Maintenance Manager** will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
- Oversee repairs, installations, and inspections of machinery, electrical systems, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of parts and services.
- Analyze maintenance metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and projects.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in a maintenance management role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Pay: $105,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
