Wedding Coordinator

As we prepare for the upcoming season, we're searching for a passionate and responsible **Wedding Coordinator** to help bring to life our Weddings this summer.

- Available to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Diligent in following checklists
- Eager to be part of a fantastic team
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and direct others
- A warm smile and a genuine desire to brighten someone's day
- Friendly, team-oriented personality
- Previous experience in food handling (preferred)
- Serving It Right certification (preferred)

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Wedding Preparation:_
- Collect and transport buffet items from the market to the barn
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and reorder supplies as needed
- Coordinate menu and itinerary details with managers
- Verify the accuracy of floor plans
- Day-of Coordination:_
- Act as the go-to person during the event
- Supervise venue setup and provide direction to staff
- Assist in setting up the buffet and bar areas
- Address any additional needs or requests from the couple
- Ensure adherence to the couple's itinerary
- Conduct periodic bathroom checks
- Swiftly address and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain communication with managers throughout the evening
- Assist with clean-up duties

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
