Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **Cabin Crew Training Planner **to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Cabin Crew Training Planner will be responsible to provide and maintain Cabin Crew training requirements for students and instructors within prescribed timelines. Additionally, the role will be responsible for booking and managing vendors (First Aid, Classroom, Cabin Trainer, Firehall, etc.) as well as supporting training disruption recoveries and tracking disruption events and costs This position will be crossed trained with Flight Operations Training disruption schedulers and Crew Qualifications administrators.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **Cabin Crew Training Planner **include:

- Plan Initial and recurrent training events for inflight, including flight training
- Coordinate and manage vendors and facilities, communicating to instructors and students
- Assign, input and oversee training scheduled within CMS system per the master plans
- Point of communication for all vendors managing times, names and changes
- Provide support for training disruptions and oversee reflowing any recovery plans
- Manage internal and external instructor schedules

**Secondary Job Functions**:

- Special Projects
- Such other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Travel away from home for extended periods may be required
- Shift work outside normal business hours is required

**Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities and Responsibilities**:

- Involved in reactive and proactive risk assessments.
- Initiate the creation and implementation of corrective action plans as a result of Event/Hazard Reports, Preventative/Corrective Action Requests (PCAR) or audit findings;
- Encourage active participation in the SMS for all personnel.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Minimum High school or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a fast-paced work environment is preferred.
- Previous Airline Operations Centre or Airport Operations experience is an asset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high stress, deadline driven, ever-changing work environment while prioritizing tasks and assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organized workflow.
- Strong communications skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Clear criminal record check.
