**About Us**

National Seating & Mobility is Canada’s fastest-growing rehab equipment supplier, and we help improve our clients' lives by providing medical equipment solutions for seating and mobility.

**A typical day as a Service Technician**
- Using specifications from the Rehab Equipment Specialist sales consultants to optimize the configuration of manual wheelchairs, walkers, and other medical equipment prior to delivery to customers.
- Completing quotations, work orders, and customer orders for effective and accurate customer billing
- Modifying accessories and other components to improve the user interface with the equipment.
- Maintenance, service, setup, and repair of NSM-owned equipment for use by NSM sales and customer service staff for trials and demonstrations or customer-owned equipment both within the Branch and at the customer's home & facilities.
- Organizing and identifying parts for repairs and stock, optimizing parts levels, and setting up parts in the information system.
- Assisting other technicians in the performance of their duties when asked, including the delivery of equipment to customers and assisting with repairs.

- All applicants are required to be in compliance with all orders and directions related to public health and workplace safety in their intended province of employment. Given the nature of this role, NSM requires applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide satisfactory proof of vaccination.
- Must have the experience of using hand and power tools
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 75lbs.
