**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms and kitchens in commercial and residential settings.
- Utilize tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Execute heavy lifting when required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and operating machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning background is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled shifts.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.

Must Haves
- Drivers license and unfettered access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to speak and understand spoken and written english
- Availability from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm at minimum

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
