Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll drive brand strategy, lead new product development, and spearhead integrated marketing programs across all channels. Your analytical skills will uncover market trends and business opportunities, propelling TONFI to new heights in the healthy snacks sector. This position is unique in that it will not only support the branded Taste of Nature business, but also TONFI’s other marketing activities.
**The role**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Manage packaging updates to optimize consumer communication while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities by translating insights into clear actions that drive brand performance
- Build and manage the innovation pipeline based on consumer insights and market opportunities
- Lead new product development from concept to launch
- Oversee forecasting and inventory management across all e-Comm channels
- Manage e-commerce and social media agencies to drive KPIs across digital platforms (i.e. A+ content, SEO, paid advertising, promotions, analytics etc.)
- Develop marketing collateral for trade shows, displays, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and QA
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**You offer**:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or FMCG industries, with at least 1 year in a Brand Manager role
- Proven ability to extract and present data meaningfully
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and brand strategies
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and lead initiatives that drive business growth
- Proactive, strategic thinker who turns insight into action to drive business growth
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative spirit
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
