**President + CEO Search Update**

the Nonprofit Chamber Board of Directors is partnering with the executive search firm, DHR Global on this important search. This is a big role, with big shoes to fill, and our dedication to listening, equipping, and advocating for nonprofits to build strong communities across Alberta will continue.

As such, the Board is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, community-oriented leader to continue to build upon the strong foundation that exists. The President + CEO will continue to bring focus, and clarity of purpose to the organization and its members. Tasked with delivering clear benefits for membership to the Alberta nonprofit sector, the President + CEO is responsible for driving the organization’s mission and vision and for setting and driving strategic goals. This role requires a a dynamic, inspirational leader who can cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders in community and government, advocate for nonprofits, ensure financial sustainability, and drive impact. The President + CEO will oversee strategic planning, operational management, policy and research, and member and partner engagement while ensuring the Nonprofit Chamber’s financial health and organizational impact. The President + CEO reports to the Board of Directors through the Chair of the Board and is responsible for overall organizational performance.
