**What You Get to Do**:

- Identify project scope, develop schedules and cost estimates for assigned projects
- Attend and provide support in project meetings including preparation of meeting minutes and action items
- Support data entry of project information, reporting and tracking
- Support approvals of project financial information, forecasting and variance explanations
- Participate, as required, in activities such as contractor orientation, training, audits, incident reporting
- Support regulatory processes and documentation
- Support the project manager in resolving concerns raised by external stakeholders by proposing mitigations with support of ATCO internal departments: commercial, planning, land, engineering, construction, maintenance and operations personnel

**Qualifications**:

- Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or related fields
- The ability to review and understand project work scope, execution strategies, construction activities and environmental impacts associated with electrical infrastructure development
- Have a valid Class 5 Operator’s License (Drivers License) issued by the Alberta Government
- Highly effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to establish excellent working relationships
- Excellent decision-making, time management, organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
