Along with a winning attitude, you are dependable, reliable, and while you can work independently in an efficient manner, you are also a team player. This position will involve liaising with customers and dealers. This position will also have day to day responsibilities of organizing the shop, helping techs, and hands-on working on different projects; if you like variety, this role is for you This job is very active from crawling under vehicles to climbing up ladders. Here’s a few of the finer points that we’ll also need you to bring to the table:

- Training and Experience_
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of recreational vehicles and their components is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Listen to customers' concerns and effectively communicate service recommendations and estimated costs.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on the status of repairs and maintenance tasks to customers.

**Service Coordination**:

- Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences and availability of technicians.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Manage service orders, including documenting customer information, vehicle details, and service requirements.

**Parts Management**:

- Maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory system, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.
- Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their RVs, providing guidance on compatibility and installation.
- Monitor parts usage and reorder inventory as needed to ensure availability for service appointments.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and process service invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and billing information.
- Keep detailed records of service transactions, including parts used, labor hours, and customer payments.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
