As a Business Proposal Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling RFP responses and proposals that secure new business opportunities and drive company growth. Be part of a rapidly growing team and work with industry experts to develop innovative solutions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the proposal writing process from production to delivery
- Collaborate with local teams to develop persuasive RFP responses
- Research and write high-quality content including executive summaries and case studies
- Review proposals for accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain proposal content database and project profiles
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

***This is an in office position at our Vancouver Office**

**You are a great fit if you**:

- Have excellent communication and editing skills
- Possess experience in business development writing
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Have 2-3 years of proven writing experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years’ proven experience in writing communications or marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
- Master communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a desire for multiple concurrent initiatives
