**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Handle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff members.
- Monitor payroll processes and ensure accurate timekeeping for all employees.
- Maintain effective merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and sales performance.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with management on purchasing decisions to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Implement pricing strategies that align with company goals while remaining competitive in the market.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
- Assist in budgeting processes to manage store expenses effectively.

**Experience**
- Proven supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment is essential.
- Strong background in retail management, including cash handling and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in team management with a focus on training & development initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance customer interactions.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including scheduling, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive store traffic and sales growth is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Work Location: In person
