**About this Position**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Creating and managing online inventory including designing new items, removing discontinued items, and keeping accurate inventory counts
- Analyze website data and analytics to generate insights and opportunities to improve site-merchandising
- Help create and manage our online marketing presence, including on some social media platforms
- Manage the overall look and feel of our website, including some graphic design components
- Partner with different departments to build and execute marketing campaigns; curating collections, products, and digital media
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience for the website and products
- Monitor changes in website traffic and work to increase in sales
- Work with shipping partners such as Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, and others to ensure packages are shipped and delivered within a timely manner
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar E-commerce, UX, or marketing role
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, comfortable with HTML and Adobe Photoshop
- Creative eye with the ability to style and create different merchandise collections
- Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve results and meet deadlines
