The IT Infrastructure team requires a Network Specialist to support new and upcoming internal projects.

**Key tasks**:

- Contribute to the upkeep of the network infrastructure and network services for the global enterprise (over 100 sites worldwide)
- Development and coding on various AWS services. Ex.: Cloud Formation Templates, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, encryption, logging Experience migrating on-site solutions to cloud based offerings, such as Amazon's AWS
- Perform troubleshooting activities in conjunction with networking partners to resolve business issues
- Perform regular updates on open tickets to align users with progress
- Improve network solutions and related processes applicable to LAN, WAN, Wireless, SDWAN, MPLS
- With large-scale infrastructure designs and implementation, be the support expert in internet technologies and network protocols, including DNS, HTTP and load-balancing configurations using ELBs/ALBs

**Qualifications**:

- At least five years experience in the Networking domain
- Strong verbal, written skills
- Self-motivated and autonomous
- Excellent knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud networking technologies
- Excellent Network skills with LAN, WAN and Core networks
- Excellent knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Layer 2/3 Switches and VLAN’s
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure as a Code and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls is an asset
- Knowledge of F5 and Infoblox appliances is an asset
- Cisco CCNP certification is an asset
- Cloud networking certification is an asset

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.19-$60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- AWS: 5 years (preferred)
- Azure: 5 years (preferred)
- Firewall: 5 years (preferred)
- Networking domain/ Cloud Networking Technologies: 5 years (preferred)
