Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in meal preparation within a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with food industry standards and practices
- Certification in food safety or related field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$18.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
